Yes, The Rituals of the Brotherhood of the Golden Arrow by Maria de Naglowska is available through Lulu and the New Flesh Bookstore. This is the only English translation of the French and Italian text. The book represents the text which was used 1931-1936 by Maria in the Montparnasse district of Paris.

Also, be sure to read Falling Angel by William Hjortsberg. This was the novel for Angel Heart (w/ Mickey Rourke) and an excellent tale of the practice of Pho-wa within the Roman Catholic Gnostic tradition.
